This free addon included with ScrapeBox allows you to bulk check a list of domains or URL’s to determine if they may contain malware or phishing pages. It’s ideal for cleaning up lists of blogs, directories or forums before visiting and commenting on them. This addon does not visit the target pages, it utilizes the safe browsing list which is also used to label malware in Google’s search results thereby reducing the risk associated with loading random webpages.

This addon is ideal for people who maintain directory lists, forum lists or want to check the outbound links on their websites to ensure they are not linking to bad neighborhoods or bad pages. To get all your sites pages to test in this addon, you can use the Outbound Link Extractor addon or the Sitemap Scraper addon.

Once you have downloaded the Malware and Phishing Filter addon in ScrapeBox, you can load a list of domains harvested from ScrapeBox or load domains from a file, you can set how many concurrent threads you wish to use. The addon is multi-threaded and can retrieve the Good/Bad status for 100’s of domains per minute. Once the results are fetched, you can filter the results to remove all bad pages and save the good domains to a plain text file.
